Thank you for your interest in Dining Out for Life 2009! As the Events/Volunteer Coordinator for ACSNJ I am excited to act as a volunteer ambassador again this year at Joe Palombo's Mirabella Cafe at 210 East Route 70 (Barclay Farms Shopping Center) in Cherry Hill, NJ. My boyfriend and co-ambassador Andy Robertson is also going to help out and promote Mirabella Cafe.

Join us on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Mirabella Cafe and by simply dining out, 33% of your meal will be donated to support ACSNJ programs and services.

Enjoy both unique and familiar Italian dishes in a casual European atmosphere at Mirabella Cafe. Chef Joe Palombo prepares a delicious menu featuring homemade pastas, prepared from scratch, as well as daily fish and meat specials. Daily specials are on display when you enter the BYOB restaurant.

One of my favorites is the Involtonte di Monzo. This is prime steak rolled and stuffed with spinach, prosciutto and mozzarella, baked and sliced then sauteed with fresh mushrooms and rosemary in a Chianti wine sauce. Start out with the Antipasto Mirabella or perhaps the Mozzarella Caprese - all so yummy! Of course there are also vegetarian friendly options and classic Italian favorites like lasagna and chicken parmesean. Don't miss April 30th for a mouthwatering meal to support a great cause!
