r.i.s.e is the parent organization to Oregon Parent Training and Information Center,(OrPTI). r.i.s.e is an organization that focuses on the success of children and youth with disabilities. We believe that through knowledge and experience anything is possible. Our organization has been in existence for more than 25 years, with names such as COPE, and OrPTI. Our programs and services are continually expanding in order to provide the best service and support to families, children and youth and the professionals that work in the support process. r.i.s.e understands we cannot fulfill our mission on uphold our values working in isolation. We believe in the power of collaboration! Which is why you will see most of our events are co-sponsored by other Oregon non profit organizations.
