Marianne is a sweet, shy, girl, a real purr machine! Marianne wants nothing more than to be loved and to be someone's little love bug for the rest of her life. Marianne’s veterinary bills have been quite high. These were necessary to diagnose her condition, have follow-up visits, start her on the road to recovery and now have her up-to-date on vaccinations. She is on daily thyroid medication and is now labeled “special needs” for this reason. Marianne takes her pills very well and looks forward to her treats afterwards!
Marianne was brought into rescue in May and we don't know how long she remained untreated in her former situatioin. She has been steadily gaining weight since first arriving into MCR foster care. All Marianne needs now is a forever family who will let Marianne love them, and provide her with a home that is quiet. For Marianne, this home should be with no other cats, dogs or young children. In other words, one that is as stress-free as possible.
This beautiful, loving little cat is safe now but MCR is now looking for help to pay for her veterinary care and maintenance until we find her a loving forever home able to care for her. Marianne is 4 1/2 years old, front paw declawed, a beautiful light tabby MC Mix.
