Olivia Hill's fund raising Page
Hi Everyone! Olivia Hill here!
Thank you for visiting my fund raising page!
I am nine years old and have been writing and singing music since I was three years old.
I am so happy and honored to be a part of this benefit concert and to be able to use my voice to help others.
I'm very excited to be involved in this charity, because we should all love one another and be one in this world.
I love the fact that we can help children all the way on the other side of the world, who don't have much. Hopefully we can make a positive change in their lives.
I believe we should all be able to be friends and play together, no matter our color, race, or religion. Because we are all the same inside.
I really want to make a difference and make this world a much happier, more loving, peaceful place to be. This is my mission in life and just the beginning of what I will be doing when I grow up (or maybe I can even make some changes now, if even in a small way)
I will be doing my part by singing and playing on piano one of my original songs "Love in our hearts" for the Annual Colorado Best of the Best Young Artists Concert.
The concert will be a fund raising event uniting performers 18 and under from all around Colorado. The concert, benefiting "Cherish our Children" International’s Israel Bridge to Peace program, will take place on Sunday, April 6, 2008 at the Denver School of the Arts. 75 young artists from around the state will showcase their talents and help make peace in the Middle East a reality. The Bridge to Peace program brings together Jewish, Muslim, Christian & Bedouin children to play on mixed soccer teams, and for them to realize that it is possible to live in a community in peace and be friends.
Please give what ever you can to help. Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fund raising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
Much love and thanks,
Olivia Hill
