Thank you for visiting our fundraising page for FURRY FRIENDS NETWORK!
Our family has been fostering dogs since March 2005. It has been an incredible experience for the entire family and we have learned so much along the way! We enjoy fostering "normal" dogs, along with those with special needs, medical problems, and moms with litters of puppies.
Our own four dogs, who are pictured, are all adopted through FFN. In the back left is Mary, adopted 9/19/03. As a puppy, she was dumped at a rural WV shelter before coming to FFN. Front left is Ellie, adopted 8/28/04. She was also dumped in the "night drop box" at the rural WV shelter when she was around 2 years old. Front right is Carson; he was born here at our home on 11/7/05 as part of a litter of 10- the first litter of puppies we fostered! Back right is Savannah, who was surrendered by her owners to the York SPCA because "they could no longer care for her." We fostered her for 6 months and then adopted her. FFN had her hip replaced when she was only 18 months old- the vet was surprised she could even walk because her hip was so bad!
We are thankful that FFN brought these four dogs, and the other 51 dogs we have fostered, into our lives! We are blessed to be part of such a wonderful organization who truly cares about its animals, volunteers, and adopters! We never imagined how life-changing fostering would be, and we are asking you to please consider helping FFN continue to change the lives of everyone it reaches!
PLEASE help FFN continue to be able to change the lives of these precious animals! The economy has had a huge impact on everyone, including animals. More animals are being left at shelters (or worse), and donations have dropped dramatically. Without donations, FFN cannot keep saving lives. If funds are not raised, FFN may be forced to close the doors. Spread the word to friends, family, co-workers, neighbors... anyone you know and ask them to donate! Help us reach and surpass our goal!
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
THANK YOU for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
