My work with American Foundation for Children with AIDS reminds me very day of the needs faced by the most vulnerable of all: children with AIDS.  It is an honor to work with our partner hospitals who deliver care to these children, day in and day out, with no recognition or glory.  Let's join them and do something...even if it is something small.  Every little bit counts and every single bit helps us save the life of a child.
