Thank you for visiting my fundraising page and thank you to everyone involved in my Queen of Hearts campaign! Not only did the Red Cross recieve wonderful funds to change lives, but it also crowned me Lee County Queen of Hearts 2010. For the next year I will be a ambassador for the Red Cross, and I am more than excited. Again, THANK YOU! 

In the Red Cross you find humanity, one heart reaching out to another

Personally, my local Red Cross has touched me in every aspect, especially disaster. My grandma's house burnt down recently and the Red Cross was there to help the same time the fire department was!  You would be surprised how one dollar can help someone to, simply, continue living.

$5 Provides basic comfort items lost in a fire
$10 Feeds a victim of disaster for a day
$50 Feeds and diapers a baby for a week
$75 Feeds a family of two for a week
$100 Replaces clothing lost in a fire
$250 Provides clothing and shoes for a family of two
$500 Replaces bedding lost to disaster for a family of three
$1000 Helps a family of three financially recover from a disaster

 
Imagine what we can do together through the month of February!
