The Gulf Coast is still suffering from the aftermaths of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.   Dartmouth is thus sending 11 intrepid 1st year medical students to the front from March 11-March 18, 2007.  We are working with the non-profit Community Collaborations to create a project that includes medical and reconstruction work.  We are fortunate to have some support from Dartmouth ’s Tucker Foundation for flights and transportation, but in addition we need to raise funds to support our expenses.  Community Collaboration provides us with housing and 3 meals a day all for $35/day/person...not a bad deal!  This website sends your donation directly to Community Collaborations.  The support of our friends and family would be greatly appreciated to help us reach our goal!  No amount too big or small.  J
