2PatShaCure (AKA Patricia Heier) is my wonderful mother. I have started this funraising page for her in an effort to raise as much money as possible for Sarcoma Reasearch through The Ohio State University Foundation.

My mom was diagnosed with Sarcoma in 2008, and has been fighting ever since. For all of you who know my mom, you know all about her strength, courage, and perpetual possitive attitude through it all. She is an amazing woman, who has been through it all these past 4 years. Each and every one of you I know has helped her in some way, and helped her continue this fight. I know how much she truly appreciates all the help and compassion she has recieved from so many wonderful people.

Right now what we can all do is join together (as we did last year), and show Pat how much we all care by donating to Sarcoma research that may be able to help her, as well as others who are battling Sarcoma. Please spread the word and help me to raise money and awareness about Sarcoma. Any donation big or small will help the cause! Also, please invite all your friends and families to come out and join us for the race on September 16th! I am looking forward to seeing you all there.
