On May 20, 2012, I will be running the Cleveland Half Marathon to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, Ohio. My goal is to raise $5000 to sponsor a room at the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland for one year. Throughout the next year, this room sponsorship will directly affect the lives of 37 families who will call this room “home” while their child is receiving medical treatment at a Cleveland area hospital.

Once you have made a donation you are eligible to WIN A $50 CASH PRIZE: Fill out Sections C,D & E of this Entry Form and make an additional $5 donation (per category) to make predictions on how long it will take Ted to run the first 5 miles, 10 miles, and to finish the half marathon (13.1 miles). The winners will be announced at the Otero Signature Homes VIP party on June 30, 2012 (more details to follow).
