Thank you for visiting our page.  Ty's journey with autism has been an emotional  journey for our entire family.  It has impacted every part of our lives and changed us in ways we could have never imagined.  Some of those changes have been for the better.  Some have not.  But one thing that nobody can deny is that everyone who takes the time to really get to know and understand our Ty falls head over heels in love with him. Ty is a pure and sweet soul.  He is full of kindness and love.  He is funny and smart.  Combine all that with how adorable he is and he will steal your heart before you know what hit you! 

Ty provided the inspiration that his mother Shelly Koch needed to co-found Lancaster County Autism Mommies. LCAM is one of the two organizations sponsoring this walk and benefitting from the funds raised.  LCAM has created the purpose and meaning that Shelly needed to make sense of autism and accept this diagnosis that changed their lives.  To find out more about LCAM please visit : www.lcamonline.org

On April 28th Tenacious Team Ty will walk 1 mile along a path filled with stories of exceptional children just like him.  We will walk with pride for his accomplishments.  We will walk with purpose to raise money to help other families affected by this diagnosis. We will walk with sadness for what autism has taken from him and our family. We will walk with joy for all the wisdom, perspecitive and pure joy that Ty gives us everyday.  We will walk with the same perseverance and strength that Ty demonstates each day on his journey with autism.  We will walk together. 

We are asking you to walk with us.  If you can, please sign up to walk with our team and join Tenacious Team Ty on our 1 mile walk and in our fundraising efforts.   If you can't attend the walk please support us by making a donation to our team.  No amount is too small or too big.  All amounts are appreciated and are used by LCAM and TTF to support families affected by an autism diagnosis in Lancaster County.
