Thank you for visiting our firstgiving webpage.

The Yuma "Survivor" Team will be walking in the 5th annual Walk for Lupus Now on Sunday, November 14th to fight lupus and raise funds for the Arizona Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America.  The Yuma Support Group is a branch of this organization and is making a commitment to raise $2,000.00 for this cause.

The funds raised in the Walk will ensure the Chapter continues to provide and expand essential programs for many of the 35,000 Arizonans with lupus and support research for better treatments and a cure.  1.5 million Americans have lupus and after an unbelievable 51 years of no new drugs for lupus, today there is hope with more researchers than ever before working to develop new treatments.  Will you support our commitment and help us reach our personal fundraising goal? Thanks to Wells Fargo Bank and family we've already raised a little over half our goal but we still need your support, so please make your donation today (any amount is greatly appreciated).

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
