Dear Friend,

As you know, on Sunday, Sept. 9, I will be participating in the Huntington's Disease Society of America Northern Plains Chapter, Team Hope Walk and 5K Fun Run at Riverside Park in Grand Forks. I walk for my family and the thousands of people who are diagnosed with HD,or are at risk, to provide them with help for today and hope for tomorrow.

HD is a "family disease," not just because it is inherited, but because it profoundly affects the entire family emotionally, socially and financially. Currently, there is no cure for HD and only one treatment that manages a symptom of HD. Please join me in this fight against time to save our friends and families.
