I'm back to running this year - although it will be pretty much SOC (straight off the couch)! That means my goal isn't a particular time, but to simply run the whole way and finish still standing up... That said, I do have my sights set on beating the 75 year old woman who came in 10 seconds in front of me last time!

OK, enough of that stuff, because the real point of all this isn't "Terry brutalizing himself" (although I know you really like to see that!) but supporting the great work that The Friendship Club does. You can make a huge difference in a lot of lives through your support - and this is hopefully a fun way to do that!
