Thank you for visiting our fundraising page for the Conservatory of Los Angeles, CA. This is the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts for our Conservatory classes, projects, and upcoming shows! As many of you know my passion for arts has resided in dance for over 25 years.  Over the last three years I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with one of the legends, Otis Sallid on many amazing projects from Hollywood to Abu Dhabi!  (www.CreativeOtis.com) This year we are raising money to help support the dance community through his non-profit organization, The Conservatory.

In 1999 The Conservatory, a non-profit organization, became the realization of Otis Sallid's vision for pre-professional and professional training for the motivated student. (www.TheArtsintheValley.org  )

We will be holding our annual Summer Dance Intensive to be held August 24 - August 28, 2009, and will consist of a full week of instruction, directed by Otis Sallid and other world -class instructors. In order to make this Intensive a reality, we are working toward raising $20,000 to cover the expense for supplies, studio space, water, and snacks for our students...however, more importantly, to award full scholarships that could change the life of a deserving student.  We do understand the current unstable economics in our country are resulting in cutbacks that have forever effected the quality of the arts available to our youth.  It is imperative now, more than ever, for us to continue to support each other in the arts organizations for education.

You have been selected to help us reach our $20,000 goal due to your
continuous support not only to us, but also to the performing arts in
general.  We are asking for you to commit to helping us by sponsoring a tax-deductible donation by your personal contribution, or by asking your network of friends and family to make financial donations to help us reach this $20,000 goal.  $10, $25,$50, $100 or $1000; whatever you can send. You may also invite your company to support us!  Know that we are making a difference and changing lives one student at a time!
