Meet the Challenge

With your help, we have officially reached – and exceeded – our goal! Thanks to your support, the NFXF will now receive a generous challenge grant from Gene and Walt Koelbel for an additional $25,000. This $50,000 for the NFXF was made possible by all of those who donated and told friends and family about our campaign. Thank you for making our inaugural online campaign such a success.

The Koelbels have been loyal friends of the NFXF since its creation in 1984, when Dr. Randi Hagerman got together in Denver, CO with the Koelbels and just a few others to form the nascent NFXF.

The FX Resource Center of MO has fulfilled their pledge of $25,000 in honor of the 25th Anniversary, a longtime goal of founder Margaret Israel. The Missouri group pitched in at numerous fundraising activities over the years to make this happen. They also established the Edward Berman FXTAS Fund in 2008, and recently completed the $5,000 pledge for FXTAS research or projects. Thank you so much Missouri for your support.
