This page was created for Baystate Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice in Loving Memory of Marie Sansalone. 

The VNA & Hospice is a service that helped my Grandmother and our family in the last couple months of her life. They provided homecare, medical equipment, the chance for her to spend her final days at home as she wished, and counseling for both her and her family. Everything was free of charge because of fundraisers and donations made by people like you. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most effective way to ensure that other people's loved ones will have the best remaining days possible.
