I have been affiliated with the Red Cross since I was 16 years old.  As a Boy Scout, a Storm Spotter and Disaster Action Team member, I have personally witnessed the effect the Red Cross has made in peoples lives in disasters.  Now as the Director of EMS for Heartland Paramedics, the Red Cross's effect in our community is essential.
