Thanks to all who have donated so far!  May the Lord bless you as you help change and save lives of the people in Africa who will benefit from your support. 

Earlier this season, we had the challenge to run 15 miles.  It was a long and difficult journey especially as the morning sun and heat came!  We had to alter our course to stay in the shade and take many special stops for water to help keep us revived .... and to think that so many people in Africa live every day without the refreshing, clean water we so easily take for granted!  Many also live life without knowing the true lasting refreshment that comes from knowing the 'Living Water' and so we feel blessed to be able (in a small way) to help bring this refreshment to those in need. 

 

As Teresa and I continue the preparation for the 26.2 mile race we have run 16, 18 and even 22 miles!  It has been tiring but we have been encouraged by your support and comments.  Now we are in the 'home stretch' with only 2 weeks left till the Marathon!  Please pray that we will continue to seek the Lord, remain physically strong and healthy and be able to meet our fundraising goal to help save lives of the children in Africa!  We praise God for blessing us with the health and opportunity to take on such a challenging goal.  Together we can make a difference!
