Once again I'm participating in the Los Angeles Ride for Kids and this year it will take place Sunday, May 2nd.  Grace will also be volunteering this year; helping to feed the troops :)

As I promised last year, this is my annual begging on behalf of these sweet little kids.  Brain tumors are still the deadliest cancers in children.  Four out of ten kids will die within five years of diagnosis.  Additionally, those that survive their cancer, and their treatment, face the likelihood of dealing with physical and mental hurdles for the rest of their lives.  Research is looking not only for a cure, but a humane and less destructive form of cure.
