Hey Friends and Family,

I know I know, it is even hard for me to believe myself sometimes, but yes I am going to be in a Triathlon. 

I have been trying pretty hard for the last year to get in better shape and this is going to be the test.

As an extra motivation, I have joined team COCI. Cherish Our Children International(COCI) is an awesome nonprofit organization that raises awareness and funds for kids across the world who need a little extra help to create a better life and brighter future. 

I would greatly appreciate your prayer support and whatever fund you might be able to contribute to COCI.
