Medcenter One's Great American Bike is all about the kids.

It is the largest fundraiser of its kind in the United States. Since it began, it has raised more than $1 million. All that money stays in central and western North Dakota to help families who have children with cerebral palsy and related disabilities. The families use the funds for wheelchairs, adaptive equipment to help with daily activities, therapeutic toys, bicycles, tricycles, computerized speech equipment and home and vehicle modifications.
