Once again I will be participaing in the ICADV Race Away From Domestic Violence event. This year it is on August 16th and will take place at the Indianapolis War Memorial.  My family and I will once again enter the 5K run/walk/roll as the "Irish Rovers" team.  Your pledge will help eliminate domestic violence.  With your support, we can make a real difference in the lives of Indiana families.

As you know, I have always enjoyed running, so this event offers an excellent way to both to get excercise and help raise funds that support victims of domestic violence.
