Thanks for visiting my Golf Marathon page; I am excited about golfing 100 holes, but even more excited about supporting the Mary S Roberts Pet Adoption Center! The Pet Adoption Center provides care for more than 2000 animals, so the need is great. Because the MSRPAC does not euthanize animals, all of them stay as residents until a forever home is found.

My part in the Golf Marathon is to raise $2500 or more to benefit this important cause. Our hope is to raise enough funds to help continue the mission of providing humane care for pets in transition, facilitating adoptions to good homes, and supporting pet overpopulation education.

The Pet Adoption Center is the only adoption center of its kind in the Inland Empire. They rely on donations, fundraisers, and grants and receive no government funding. With your help, I will be able to golf for a PURPOSE. Together, we will make a difference in the lives of animals in our community that need help, like Max:

His owner walked into the Adoption Center upset. Despite the language barrier, Max’s owner managed to say that he was living in his car. He wanted to give him a chance at life. With tears streaming down his face, he handed the homemade leash over and, pointed to Max and pleaded “No die! No die!” Max’s owner was assured that he didn’t need to worry. Max was dirty, covered in ticks, and seemed confused as his beloved owner walked out the door. He was provided with food and medical care and soon charmed the staff with his tender and sweet spirit. Within two weeks this adorable Spaniel “blend” was adopted by a loving family and now has a new forever home.

You can make a donation per hole or you may want to give an outright gift. Either way, I will appreciate it and, more importantly, the hundreds of dogs and cats that the Pet Adoption Center saves every year, will be Paws-a-tive-ly grateful!
