How could I NOT participate in  this much needed effort!?  As a woman, a motorcycle rider and a former Public Health Professional, much more needs to be done to bring awareness to this still incurable disease.   I know of few who has not been affected on some level by this incidious medical emergency.   As a former researcher on the Younger Women With Breast Cancer study through the Northern California Cancer Center, I am also keenly aware that breast cancer does not discrimate regarding age.

I have learned from the example that Ms. Emanuel (Sunny) has set after her own battles with cancer to live each day to the fullest.
