As many of you know, my son Jack has low muscle tone and developmental delays. He receives many therapies to help him with fine and gross motor skills, one of which is called hipportherapy or horse therapy. He is now 7 years old and has been doing riding therapy at Ironstone Farm since he was only 18 months old. He rides very gentle horses called Haflingers and does exercises guided by a physical therapist that help improve his core strength. He looks forward to going every week and can be seen beaming from ear to ear during his entire session.

I am running the feaster five this Thanksgiving and am hoping to raise money for Ironstone Farm and the wonderful opportunities they provide for children and adults with all types of disabilities.
