The 196th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade - South Dakota Army National Guard is holding it's 1st Annual "Kabul, Afghanistan Polar Plunge" to support Special Olympics South Dakota.  We are currently stationed at Camp Phoenix, Kabul, Afghanistan and are looking forward to this wonderful event.  Please help us in our cause to support these amazing athletes.  Every penny counts!
