TACT provides critical support services to more than 1,100 individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in the Hampton Roads area.  TACT (The Tidewater AIDS Community Taskforce), PACT (Peninsula AIDS Community Taskforce), and WAN (Williamsburg  AIDS Network) operate under the umbrella of The AIDS Fund, Inc.
