S.O.A.R. - Students Out for Africa Relief

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!  “Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world,” said Margaret Mead. A group of Leyden High School students along with Mr. Trousdale and Ms. Goins will go on a vision trip this summer to Zambia, Africa. We will see firsthand the devastation caused by AIDS and extreme poverty and learn what we can do to help. The trip is sure to be a life-changing experience for students and staff.

We are partnering with World Vision, a Christian non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
