Tonya Engst's Ride for Life Donation Page

Your donation will encourage me to keep training during the last few weeks leading up to the big ride around Cayuga Lake, and it will help to fund an organization that gives grass roots support to help people not get AIDS (or Hep C) in the first place and to provide vital support services to people who do get AIDS and then need help navigating the medical system or finding the resources needed to live with AIDS.

The ride begins just after daybreak at Stewark Park, located at the southern tip of Cayuga Lake. In the photo at the right, you can see my friend Craig's borrowed bicycle (left) and my bicycle (right), and me (dimly). The photo was taken on the morning of the ride in 2010. There's also a video on the right, from the Southern Tier Aids Program.
