Gary and I stopped giving traditional gifts last year. We felt that the meaning of Christmas was so lost in consumerism, that Jesus was no longer a part of it.

We feel that God has poured many blessings on us and we love to give as a result. We have servant hearts and love to help others, but we have learned that we can only do so much on our own. So we give to local organizations that are more able to help people than we are alone.
