Dear Friends and Family,

Welcome to the "Walkin' with Will" fundrasing page!!  Once again, its hard to believe that it is already time to start thinking about this year's "Step up for Down Syndrome" walk (formerly the Buddy Walk). 

Our family would like to send a HUGE thank you out to all of you who had a part in making Will's third Buddy Walk such an amazing experience!  Because of each of you, "Will's Team" raised almost $5,000 for the Down Syndrome Association of MN!!!!   Even in difficult financial times, you have continued to give and support this cause that is so very dear to our hearts.  We feel so incredibly blessed to have such wonderfully supportive friends and family. 

Thank you, also, to each of you who joined us at Como Park for the Buddy Walk.  We hope that you were as touched as we were by the overwhelming turn-out and happenings of the day.  "Will's Team" was officially composed of over 120 walkers!!!  We hope to see you all again this year on Sunday, September 20th  at Como Park!!  Just make sure to let us know if you are plan to join us by August 20th so that we can order you a t-shirt and a lunch.  For more details on the walk and to see other team pages, visit: www.firstgiving.com/dsamn .

The Down Syndrome Association of MN provides support and education for people with Down syndrome, their families, friends, the medical community and many other professionals.    The Buddy Walk is the single most important source of financial support for the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota.  Your donation will help the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota to continue to educate the public that individuals who have Down Syndrome are more alike than different!
