10th annual Twin Cities HDSA Hoop-a-thon
Thank you for visiting B.J. Viau's fundraising page for the Twin Cities Hoop-a-thon!
The 10th annual Twin Cities Hoop-a-thon in support of Huntington's Disease (HD) was held March 11, 2007, at Falcon Ridge Middle School in Apple Valley. Hoop-a-thon is a basketball-oriented fundraising event I created 10 years ago because my Mom was experiencing the effects of Huntington's Disease and I wanted to do something to help. Ten years later, the event is still going strong! Thank you for joining us for a fun-filled day of family-friendly events, including face painting and games, food, silent auction, basketball and more.
We raised nearly $45,000 on this 10th anniversary Hoop-a-thon via online donations, per basket pledges and other donations by sponsors, family and friends.
Thank you for your support , and I look forward to seeing you at the 11th annual Hoop-a-thon tentatively slated for March 9, 2008. Please forward this page to anyone you think might like to donate to such an important cause! For more information, go to www.hoopathon.com.
