2011 Sustaining Campaign.

To those who helped me last year by making a donation, I’d like to thank you again for your support and ask that you consider making a donation this year!
This is my third year participating in the “Sustaining Campaign” which you may know raises money for the YMCA. Last year my assigned goal was to raise $1200. I achieved that and set additional goals for myself. With your help I raised $2500 for the 2010 campaign. I thank you for your generosity because without your support, I couldn’t have achieved this success on the YMCA’s behalf. So far I have now met the $1200 goal and have set a new goal of $2400.
As a single mom, my boys (Ryan and Justin) and I have been members of the YMCA for the past 5 years. During this time, I have learned a lot about the many different programs the YMCA offers our community. My boys are involved with sports, as well as the child care program available through the YMCA. During some difficult financial times in the past, the YMCA helped me through their scholarship program which allowed me to work knowing that my children were in a safe and fun environment while I was at work. I can’t thank the YMCA staff enough for all they do for the children in their care each and every day. The Redlands YMCA is a great place with a vision to help kids, families, and our community.
