Thank you for visiting the 5th Annual KDB Melanoma 5K Run/Walk fundraising page!

This event is memory and in honor of Kathy Bowers who despite her strong will and resilient spirit, lost her battle to Melanoma August 23, 2006.  There isn't a day that goes by that she isn't thought of!!!  We love her and miss her very much...and it is our hope that we can bring awareness to people about this disease and save another family/friend from losing someone they love!!!

We are proud that we have raised nearly $80,000 in our first 4 Walks!  All of the proceeds are donated to the Melanoma Research Foundation to support research and to help raise awareness.  We are hoping to hit $100,000 this year!!!  I hope you will consider supporting our cause!!!
