HELLO!!!!  I am forwarding you my fundraising page in hopes to raise money for the 3rd Annual KDB Melanoma Walk.  As most of you know, I organize this walk in honor and in memory of my best friend Kathy.  Despite her will and determination, we lost Kathy on August 23, 2006 before our first walk...

I miss my buddy everyday!!!  It is my hope that through this walk that we can help prevent more lives lost to this despicable disease!!!

This walk was started to raise awareness and money for Melanoma research.  I am proud to say that in the past two years we have raised over $44,000 that has been donated to the Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF).  Kathy's name has been on 2 grants issued by MRF.  The 2006 grant was awarded to a doctor at the University of Michigan and the 2007 grant was awarded to a doctor at the Pennsylvania College of Medecine.
