Please support the BLUE for Kids Get Stuffed and Pass It On program by donating for the cost of a Build-A-Bear Workshop stuffed animal ($35). Stuffed animals are distributed to children coping with a lengthy hospital stay and children recently adopted by a loving family.

Big League BLUE Reach, the BLUE for Kids children’s hospital program, is a fun and interactive event designed to reduce the stress that a family experiences when a child is hospitalized.  As they go from room to room, umpires offer kids the choice of a pre-stuffed bear, puppy, or kitten, as well as a choice in outfits (e.g., baseball uniform, cheerleader, pirate, pajamas) for their new furry friend.

In addition to lifting spirits of pediatric patients, professional sports officials are committed to raising awareness for foster care adoption. With your help this year, BLUE for Kids will send a stuffed animal to each child recently adopted thanks to the efforts of The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

DONATIONS BY PERSONAL CHECK - To make a donation by personal check, simply fill out the BLUE for Kids donation form and mail it along with your check.  I'll add your name to the list of contributors upon receipt.  Please let me know if you prefer to be an anonymous donor. 

OFFICIAL MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL AND MVP LIST - When you donate for 3 stuffed animals ($100), you receive an Official Major League Baseball signed by a participating sports official. You will also be added to the BLUE for Kids MVP list.
