Every year it is so exciting for us to participate in the Buddy Walk to support Alex and the Omaha Down Syndrome Parents Network!  It is a day filled with lots of fun for families.  We would love for everyone to come walk with us, but if you can't make it, please consider sponsoring Alex in the walk.  Even the smallest pledge of $5 helps!  Our family and many others have taken advantage of all this organization has to offer and hope to continue to do so. 

We will never forget when Alex was born 4 1/2 years ago.  I remember thinking that he was so lucky to have us because we would love him so much!  Looking back, we had that completely turned around.  We are definitely the lucky ones!  Alex has showed us joy that we could never have previously comprehended.  He makes us all better people!  Our lives have truely been blessed. 

The Buddy Walk is October 9th at 12:00 at UNO.  Registration begins at 10:00.  We hope to see many of you there!
