My child was diagnosed with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD) and Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis (CHF) prenatal.

ARPKD/CHF is primarily a children’s disorder that causes high infant mortality and chronic and progressive kidney and liver disease.   Securing funds for research, education and advocacy is critical for the patient population who face the daily challenge of living with ARPKD/CHF.   Resources and research generated and provided by the ARPKD/CHF Alliance enable patients and families to live a better life.


The ARPKD/CHF Alliance was created with the purpose of improving the lives of those affected, and is a 501(c)(3), public charity.   All goals focus on patient needs.  The ARPKD/CHF Alliance has been a powerful advocate for the patient community, creating research, education, and a voice for this disease. 

The need is urgent to raise funds in order to fund research in 2010.
