This year marks the 6th installment of the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics here in Sioux City.  This years team "The Polyester Plungers" are poised to defend our title as the top fundraising team. Thanks in part to your support, approximately $25,000 overall was raised here in Sioux City again last year.   

The photo to the left is of my son Mitchell at the state swimming meet in Ames, IA.  My wife Michele and I were blessed, and Mitchell was able to participate in swimming, golf, bowling and basketball this past year.  I was fortunate enough to coach his basketball team, and chaperone at the State games in Ames.
