Steppin' Out held the first AIDS Walk Detroit fifteen years ago, in 1990. Since then, the Walk has grown into the largest fundraising event in the Metro Detroit area dedicated to helping individuals and families by supporting direct care agencies and HIV/AIDS education and prevention programs.
