Hello everyone!

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

Most of you know that when I live in Chicago, I volunteered as a mentor for a wonderful organization called Horizons for Youth and I had a little sib named Kassy.  Even though I live far away, I still talk with Kassy and her family on the phone and visit them whenever I am in town.

Even though I am not an active mentor in the HfY community, this is an organization that remains near and dear to my heart.  And, since I had the bright idea to sign up for another half marathon (what was I thinking?!?), I figure I might as well run it in honor of a worthy cause that means so much to me.
