In recognition of the bond between humans and animals, the Tri-County Humane Society exists to practice and promote humane principles, compassionate care, and the prevention of cruelty to animals. TCHS addresses the issue of caring for homeless animals, by placing them in new homes, as well as teaching humane and well-informed animal care.
