Welcome to my fundraising page for the Companion Walk of 2011. It’s a short walk that will go a long way. As Executive Director I want to set a good example by raising a significant amount of money again this year. I’m not expecting to do it with only a few donations, but rather a little from a lot of people.

Please give what you can to this very worthy cause. I am extremely proud of Tri-County Humane Society and how we utilize the gifts people give to us. You won’t see fancy fountains or company cars at the shelter. Truth is, the fountain we had donated to us didn’t work so we planted flowers in it. Then last week someone stole it!  Oh well, better the fountain than one of the animals!

Our aggressive, but very important goal to spay and neuter every animal prior to adoption is an expensive one, but we are determined to achieve it. You can help!
$50 will spay a cat. By spaying just one cat, in two years we can prevent 144 kittens from possibly being born into a life lacking proper care or shelter, and marked by starvation, disease and neglect. By spaying just one dog, we can offer hope to 18 more by creating space in a home or shelter. So let’s do it!! I'll take care of the details, just help me with the resources!
