Hello friends from Northern Michigan:

I have moved from DC to Northern MIchigan to have the privilege of both living and working in a beautiful part of the country - the Great Lakes.  The Great Lakes comprise the largest source of freshwater in the world.  Most of you either grew up, currently lived, or have visited this special area.  I remember growing up in the Clevelandarea  and going to the beach and building san castles and swiming in what I thought was clean water. 

With the environmental work I have done for many years in the Great Lakes I knew the critical challenges the lakes have stuggled through - both water quality and quantity challenges. I am fortunate now to work with Freshwater Future in building community efforts throughout the US and Canadian Great Lakes Basin.  FRESHWATER FUTURE HELPS PEOPLE PROTECT THE GREAT LAKES.
