NF or Neurofibromatosis is a highly variable and progressive genetic disorder that can cause tumors to grow on the nerves anywhere at any time. It can also cause a host of other problems. While not all NF patients suffer from the most severe symptoms, all live with the uncertainty of whether they will some day be severely affected. That is why team 4KATE is walking.   My daughter, Katelyne, is one of the lucky ones. She only has the soft signs of NF and no complications but that could change at anytime without warning. So we must do something now. There is no cure for NF and no effective treatment. Please help us with our efforts to raise the much needed funds for research.
