As most of you know by now, I have been involved in Freezin for a Reason for the past four years.  This year, 2012, I was not able to make the event date on Feb 11th.  So to make good on the cause I jumped in prior to the event.  Our Sacred Heart Baseball team does a "Judgement Day" every January at 6am at Seaside Beach in Bridgeport.  Basically Navy Seal training, lots of cheering each other on, and often, a good bit of throwing up!  So after that workout, at 7am, with the team watching, I jumped in the water.  The video is below to the right.
