4. East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank (Knoxville, TN)
5. Lions World Services for the Blind (Little Rock, AR)
6. Tennessee School for the Blind (Donelson, TN)
7. Tennessee School for the Deaf (Knoxville, TN)
8. Juvenile Diabetes Foundation
9. Direct Braille Slate (Loudon, TN) - no funds budgeted
