Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

The photo you are looking at was taken at the start of the walk on September 27th.  We had a great time and the rain was moderate (Hurricane Kyle was playing off of the coast and delivered a lot of rain that weekend).  We were 10 members strong - 10.5 if you count Cooper who will arrive in December. 

Thank all of you who made contributions.  Dr. Foster spoke for a short while about the challenges in Uveitis treatment and funding, and thus we are especially grateful for your financial support.  Uveitis and other occular inflammatory diseases hold so little financial incentives to pharmaceutical companies that they are not putting any money into research.

We'll plan to be there again next year!
