Hello everyone!  Well since I last wrote you our sweet Daisy has passed away.  We miss her everyday and know she is in heaven being well taken care of.  

In November, I went to the Humane Society to check on a dog for my Aunt Faith, and came across a beautiful 8 year old, black Lab named Jasmine.  I took her into a visiting room and fell in love.  Richard met Jasmine and we took her home the next day.  She fit right in to our family.  I was worried about Balou, but when I saw him sleeping next to her cage in Markie's room the next day, I knew everything was ok.  He accepted her as his little sister immediately... Ever since then, they have been inseparable. They eat together, sleep together, walk side by side, and well, you know, the life of a dog...

Well the reason I am telling you this is because if it weren't for the Humane Society our family wouldn't have ever met Jasmine.  She was well taken care of and even though we have given her a home, she has given us all so much more!  And I want her to share her all the love she has with our community so she will be starting her Animal Assisted Therapy training, next week.

So I am asking you to help us reach our goal to raise money for these beautiful animals so they can continue to bring joy into all our lives.  Thank you to all that have contributed, every little bit counts!
